How Do I Become a Client?

To become a client, you will need to sign an agreement (i.e., Buyer Brokerage Agreement) to begin working with Je'Laune Strong, Realtor.  The terms of the agreement will be reviewed with by phone call or through an explanation video prior to signing the agreement. You are highly encouraged to review the agreement and the terms before signing. Clients are expected to abide by the terms of the agreement until a sale has been completed, the term ends and is not renewed by both parties, or a termination agreement has been signed.

Can Je'Laune Strong, Realtor Send Me Properties Before I Become a Client?

Accepted Answer

Je'Laune Strong, Realtor will not send any properties to any individual or business without an agreement establishing a realtor-client relationship.

Question 3

Will Dreams to Keys Realty LLC Work with Investors?

Accepted Answer

Dreams to Keys Realty LLC welcomes investors. However, business processes are the same as it would be for any other client. Investors are expected to complete a consultation, sign an agreement establishing a realtor-client relationship, and attend showings or open houses as would be expected of any other client.

When Can We Talk about the Market?

Market trends can be discussed during the consultation and throughout the client's representation. Je'Laune Strong, Realtor and Dreams to Keys Realty LLC may periodically discuss market trends on social media platforms. You can access the social media pages from the "Contact" tab above.

Question 5

How Will I Know if the House I Want to Buy is Priced Correctly Before Making an Offer?

Accepted Answer

Je'Laune Strong, Realtor will discuss and send the comparative market analysis (CMA) for that specific property with you. During that discussion, you will be able to determine the best approach for making an offer.

Question 6

What Will I Need Before Seeing any Properties?

Accepted Answer

A valid pre-approval letter and signed agreement establishing a realtor-client relationship are needed prior to seeing any properties. Je'Laune Strong, Realtor will ask for preferred dates and times to see properties and accommodate as best as possible based on the seller's availabilities. Pre-qualification is not acceptable.
