Clients are expected to abide by the terms of the agreement until a sale has been completed, the term ends and is not renewed by both parties, or a termination agreement has been signed.

Je'Laune Strong, Realtor will not send any properties to any individual or business without an agreement establishing a realtor-client relationship.

Dreams to Keys Realty LLC welcomes investors. However, business processes are the same as it would be for any other client. Investors are expected to complete a consultation, sign an agreement establishing a realtor-client relationship, and attend showings or open houses as would be expected of any other client.

Market trends can be discussed during the consultation and throughout the client's representation. Je'Laune Strong, Realtor and Dreams to Keys Realty LLC may periodically discuss market trends on social media platforms. You can access the social media pages from the "Contact" tab above.

Je'Laune Strong, Realtor will discuss and send the comparative market analysis (CMA) for that specific property with you. During that discussion, you will be able to determine the best approach for making an offer.

A valid pre-approval letter and signed agreement establishing a realtor-client relationship are needed prior to seeing any properties. Je'Laune Strong, Realtor will ask for preferred dates and times to see properties and accommodate as best as possible based on the seller's availabilities. Pre-qualification is not acceptable.
